Prioritize!... organize yourself and put your life in order. When your life is in balance, your career goals will align. Use a measurement to gauge if you prioritizing the important things that you want to accomplish. Create quarterly goals, annual goals, 2 year goals, 5 year goals, and 10 year goals. Ask yourself, "what do you want to do, and why?" You will be amazed how many tactical and strategic goals you accomplish, when you put the important things first.

There is nothing wrong with socializing with family, friends, and co-workers; we need some type of interaction to develop those social skills. Sometimes you have to call  people back another time; whether it is a best friend or boyfriend or girlfriend, you have to complete your work. You achieve great feats because of the work you input. The output is the result of your dedication, smart work, motivation, and talent.
